Act relaxed and confident. Act as if you know that she will like you (Why shouldn't she? You're just as good as anyone else), and talk to her as if she were an old acquaintance that you are comfortable around. If you act confident and relaxed, then your attitude will be contagious and you will make it happen. You can also relax by telling yourself that if she doesn't like you, then it doesn't matter, because there are other women out there who will.
And make good eye contact. If you tend to look down when you talk (and most shy guys do), then she will think that you are looking at her boobs and she will get offended. If you must break eye contact, look away horizontally as if you were looking for someone else, not down. Eye contact implies interest and confidence.
