I use it every day in my salads with no problems. Apple vinegar is as good as wine vinegar.

I am not sure where I heard this amount but I take it right before my noon meal, 2 tablespoons and 2 tablespoons just before my evening meal. I think Apple Cider Vinegar is a very good thing. I have experienced no arthritis, while on a regular regimen. Some people take it with honey, I take it straight. Honey is good for you too.

apple cider vinegar is good for you in too many ways to mention but it does clean out cholesterol and toxins but it works best if it is organic as all foods should be. Take at least one to three tablespoons daily. You can add it to your food. By itself it will give you real pucker power.

Apple cider vinegar is very good for you. It is high in potassium, helps in weight loss, clears out "sludge" in arteries and enhances the taste of many foods. I add a tablespoonful to a large glass of ice water. ACV is the number one home remedy for a huge number of ailments.

You can take tbsp. mix with 8 0z. of water after every meal or buy the apple cider vinegar pills and take one after each meal.They do work.
