i think a language exchange partner is a good choice.

I can help you with your English.. I learnt Mandarin for 6 years and don't speak a word of it so I'm not interested in an exchange..

They are going to give you mylanguageexchange, but to use that one you need to pay (6 USD a month... if you pay more than a month you pay less per month).
I'd recommend http://www.phrasebase.com . It is all for free, ore than 105,000 memebers. and it is a nice community.
