I know it's ambitious but I am going on holiday and want my stomach a bit flatter too....help!

You can't and remain healthy. Dr.s advise 2-3 lbs/wk at most.
Diet & exercise are the keys.

Well for starters it usually takes more then 2 weeks to lose weight no matter what you do that involves exercise.

But you could do some sit ups, that usually work best for tummies.

steak , popcorn, and grapfuit juice diet only for all meals..then snack on as much "plain" popcorn...no butter..no salt... just hot air popcorn
