you can't 'spot-reduce' fat - in other words you can't lose fat only on your stomach - you can only aim for all over body fat reduction.
the way to do this healthily is to cut out saturated fat and refined sugar found in processed foods and stick to a healthy, balanced diet full of vitamins, protein and 'good fats' found in things like nuts, seeds, avocados, etc. plenty of green vegetables and start your day with a grapefruit - an excellent fat reducing breakfast. a good rule of thumb is to try and eat food that is as close to it's natural state as possible.
for toning your tummy i recommend pilates which is all about core stability and really works wonders on your whole body - centering at your tummy.
try and get 30 minutes of exercise that gets you slightly out of breath every day. you will soon see all the unnecessary fat drop away and you will feel a whole lot better too. i wish you every success!

Start your day with a mug of green tea with honey and lime.Brisk walk for 15 minuites.do bending exercise for another 15 minuites.Repeat the same in the evening.Go on a oil and sugarfree diet and cut out on meats.have lots of water (warm preferable) .Replace junk food with more of fruits n salads.Continue the routine and it will help if done regularly.

To remove fat you should go for fat loss treatment with some simple food without fat, starch. And for stomoch you should go for inch loss from some good clinics.
