If this is some kind of a riddle, I cannot solve it. If you are asking who is the most useless person in the WORLD, my answer is simple, nobody in this whole wide world is useless.

Since this is the language section, did you mean to ask if the question was correct?
It should be "Who is the most useless person in the world?"
If that is a general question that has been misplaced, here is my point of view:
Since nobody is familiar with the whole world and we are only given impressions by the media, it is impossible to make an informed or objective choice.

The person who runs for a political office only for the power of it and not for helping those who electrd that person to begin with. Look around the political arena prior to voting.
