A guy in class touched my hands from behind while I was packing things. He then made a gesture as if he wanted to touch my breasts. I kept packing then I looked at him and he looked away. Why does the guy touch me? Is this sexual harassment?

Geez! None of the answers explain "Why" do guys touch girls that they don't know very well!!! Can anyone help??

If you don't like it why didn't you just tell him instead of letting him go that far?
In the first place he was making a hands gesture, used for people trying to communicate their feelings, maybe you and others that are to young, don't offer these feelings anymore, use other means.
Back in the "old days" touching was a way to communicate, to feel, all you had to do was pull away and tell him "NO" how do you assume he was going to "touch your breasts" did he? if not, I wouldn't assume it.
The next time someone wants to touch your hands or hand pull back and tell them to keep their distance, you might have fewer friends but, that's your feelings. I for one, would stay clear of you after the first time. Warm you are not.

Well, obviously likes you. Now as for 'breast' touching, unlikely. If you were sort of leaning forward as the case while you were packing, maybe he was going to touch your chin... As for looking away, maybe one touch is enuf for starters. Is this sexual harassment, nope. He touched you for a reason. If you like him, Ask. If not, simply tell him not to touch. Guys will respect that.

No its not sexual harassment, i think he just wants to show you that he can be tender and loving, because stroking a girls skin is seen as a loving thing to do. This boy might want you to see this side of him (maybe hes not seen in this way) to show you what your missing out on so that you'll go out with him, or respond in some way.

This guy definitely likes you otherwise he wouldn't touch you or want to touch ur chest (by what u said it sounds like he wants to touch u further!) Just tell him to stop if u don't like it.

he's too bored...perhaps he has quite a bit feelings for you. i don't think it's sexual harassment but it's impolite that he didn't ask for your permission before he touched you and made the gestures.

Sounds as though maybe he was just kind of joking around. But if it offends you, let him know. In a workplace this definately would be classed as sexual harassment though.
