I just found out that my target heart rate is 160. Therefore, what would my target heart rate be, right after exercising? How much would it increase?

What are 3 things that i can do to improve my cardiovascular fitness? (beside swimming or jogging)

50 to 75 percent of the maximum rate would be your best activity level. If you are 20 years old for example, your Average Maximum Heart Rate 100% will be 200. Visit this link for detailed explanations.:

The maximum heart rate is roughly calculated by subtracting your age from 220. So if you are 30 years for example , your 100% heart rate would be 190 beats per minute, so if you want to exercise, keep your heart rate in the rage beow 80% . To calculate this number , just multiply your maximum heart rate by 80%, in this case it would be 152 beats per min. If you want 75% just multiply by 75% and so forth.
