Well I find that Salmon and Chicken are great as they are low in fat and high in protein which is essential! Have it with some vegetables with a sauce or salad with a dressing and some new potatoes if you fancy. Very healthy and nutritous!

The best meal for me is lots of veggies, lean meat and some complex carbs. It is healthy, alllows me to lose fat and maintain my weight by keeping my metabolism rate high.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

For breakfast, try a fruit smoothie using at least three different fruits. For lunch, have a salad with lettuce, tomato and what veggies you like. Then, for dinner try chicken breast with skin removed along with steamed vegetables. You'll always be full and will lose weight in the process.
