no, simply because it's processed and filled with sugar and chemicals(to make it have a longer shelf life,mostly), lots of stuff go into making juice, where as in a fresh fruit you get only the GOOD stuff. :o)

but if you *must drink fruit juice choose 100% and sugar free.

and remember, in the long run pretty much ANY fruit juice is 10000676357856 times better than soda, which contains nothing your body needs to be healthy.

tip: freeze some grapes and add them to your grape juice as ice cubes, tastes good and is fun to eat ^.^.

Well, you don't get the fiber you would from eating whole fruits, and you absolutely want to ensure there are no added sugars because that would be totally pointless. Still, in a pinch, fruit juice will count among your servings of fruit.

It's all the little bits of pulp which you consume with fresh fruit which do a good job of cleaning you inside (fibre) this is absent in juices.

no definetely not, its better to eat the fruit instead of drinking its juice. if u wanna drink juice it better be a fresh one directly from fruit (u make it).

Basically, but if it's packaged commercially, it's not as fresh and sometimes there are additives.
