Broil chicken and fish, serve with mashed potatoes, rice, couscous, or noodles. You can also eat steamed vegetables with it. Mrs. Dash is my favorite seasoning--it tastes great on everything and has no salt! I would definitely recommend trying it! Also, you can eat salads with balsamic vinegarette and add chicken strips or canned tuna for some extra protein. Hope that helps!

whole-wheat noodles (less crap and chemicals in them) with some chicken or and tofu. A nice healthy broth full of protein, low fat and if done right, low salt.
