When one lends - they should lend only of their abundance and should LEND AS IF LENDING TO OUR CREATOR - not expecting that lent back; however,

Our Loving Creator also says to pay back what you owe - to return what is borrowed and to KEEP YOUR VOWS - if you borrowed it - certainly you vowed or your yes was a yes as far as your going to return the items in like ...Therefore,

The lady is actually OBLIGATED to remind you of your vow and your obligation ... otherwise - if she remembered AND DID NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU FELL SHORT ...

Your sin would not only be on you - but; also on her head for not telling you that you were lacking.

If you do not know about the laws that a religious person lives by - probably best to inquire before you infringe on their belief and then they got to tell you about things that will only make you upset because their beliefs may not allow for lies or deceptions.

I know, I know ... I just can't seem to understand that either - where these guys getting off with honesty and morality ... especially in these days of fast living, eh?

Maybe you should bring it up with her ... maybe she came over because she is looking for a husband and figured you might make a mean salad??? Who knows unless you ask.

Hope she is kind of pretty ...

Peace;

I'd say that is a long time to be holding on to imaginary produce. If, however, the onions and cucumbers are real, they seem to have remarkable staying power.

If I understand the question correctly and you "borrowed" onions and cucumbers from someone, then you are also obligated to "pay them back." You borrow something/you pay back something, that's how it works in life. It sounds like you are about 2 years late in paying her back. If you borrowed something from the lady, please pay her back as soon as possible. It's the right thing to do.

Um could it be because you used the term borrow which implies that they will be returned? What does being religious have to do with it? Why does the person that lives next to your neighbor think that they can take and not repay? How bout you do what is right and give unto Caesar what is due unto Caesar?

I guess that your neighbor did that for your good. Because since you've not eaten the onions and cucumbers for two years, they are rotten now. So, she took it back from you to throw it away.

I hope they aren't the same ones, cause I'll tell you what - after two years, they aren't going to be in very good shape.

Otherwise, she may be trying to get her life in order for some reason. Just give some back and walk on with your day.

rofl! Okay...what the heck is up with this question.

Just be a good boy and go give them back to her...okay? Of course they must be real moldy by now but if she doesn't mind that then I guess you don't have to buy new ones.
