What do you think when the guy you haven't talked before say hello to you for the first time??Even though you haven't talked to him before, you know him because he is in the same class. How do you feel??

It depends on whether or not you feel an attraction to him. He might just want to be friendly, but he probably wants to get to know you better...how else can he do that unless he talks to you?
If you only spoke to those guys you know, you'd never meet anyone new. If that were the case, how would you ever meet a boyfriend that was not part of your original set of friends (a very awkward situation).
Be nice, talk to him, find out more about him, and understand that if he wasn't interested in you he never would have said "hello".

if u and him are in that class for a long time and it's the first time he said hello, maybe he started to have a crush on u though. so..... cheer!!!!!^^

it means ,hes just being nice, and maybe trying to get to know you,but don't read to much into it, you don't want to-look like a fool?if hes interested, hell be back for more,maybe hes just getting up nerve,don't worry, just say, hello back to him, silly

i think "um whats this about?" i say to him hi and act friendly and whats up and act normal. he prob juss wants to get to know you.
