I seriously think I need it. Right now I am so depressed, and lately I've been having really suicidal thoughts and stuff. I'm too embarrassed to tell anyone, though, because my parents do NOT take me seriously on these kind of things. What do I do? I've seen a school counselor before and it has done NOTHING to help me. What do I do?

I DO want a future, but at the same time, I feel as if I don't belong. As if I'd be better off somewhere else...

I've told my boyfriend, and he keeps telling me not to. He says that if I ever need to talk I can go to him, and he IS always there.

I suggest contacting: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)
You will be routed to the closest possible crisis center in your area. With over 120 crisis centers across the country, our mission is to provide immediate assistance to anyone seeking mental health services. Call for yourself, or someone you care about. Your call is free and confidential.
I think that your right, getting professional help is an excellent idea and I understand your concerns. It may help to talk to a mental health therapist, as school guidance counselors can be limited in treating mental health.

First of all, you're on the right track by realizing that you need professional help for your depression. But your search should take on a new urgency, especially where you are even considering suicide. At this point, you are now fighting for your very life. I'm not going to go into all the cliches used about why you shouldn't take your own life. I'm not even going to tell you to think positive when I know that it's impossible when you're in a depressed state. What I will tell you is this: suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. And the other is that I am talking to and counseling a woman who's 16-year-old niece took his life about a week ago in the Sydney area of Australia. Everyone involved is experiencing intense grief over his decision to take his own life. There is no closure because this 16-year old kid made the decision to take his own life. There is no one else to blame for his own death and they are all tormented by questions of, "What could I have done to save him." Please consider this and get the help you so desperately need so that you may LIVE again. My thoughts are with you and you must be in a good space when, not one, but two top contributors write you offering help and hope.

The agents should be good team players, which are capable to motivate their colleagues online. They are part of a team, which is dedicated to a campaign where within the available communication module knowledge is shared with team members. They have a mission in common: to optimize customer contact handling. To communicate effectively with each other and to motivate each other is very important. This is encouraged by common goals, which offer criteria for earning bonuses and rewards. Agents should be able to give each other feedback and should be rewarded based on their commitment to the team goals.

honey, dont do it..... dont u want a husband, kids, a future? I suggest you get your parents insurance card out of their purse or whatever... call the number on the card, tell them to refer u to counselors in your area... once u have the appointment set up, tell your mom all about it and then she will take u serious. Depression is serious and God loves you, please stay strong and dont give up....... please use your insurance and get some counseling. Most insurances have counseling over the phone and u dont even have to tell your parents. Try writing a note and sliding it in your moms wallet or on her seat of her car for when she goes to work, or even tell a best friend
