It's possible, sure. Stress, a bad diet or illness can also affect your menstrual cycle. The only way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test.

Hon, go and get a pregnancy test. It is possible that you are not pregnant. But, if you are really four days late, then you need to find out why either way.

Sure it is possible. But you realise that asking on the internet is not an... accurate test method. Buy a test! It;s better to know as soon as possible. By ignoring it it will not go away!
