I really love him and I cant forget about him and I know he hurt me but he made me happy while I was with him..help anybody please?

First, you must resist the temptation to return to him, he isn't going to change, he might pretend to be nice for a while, but soon enough, he will start right in doing the same things that caused him to become your "ex" the last time.
You need to do stuff to help forget and get over him; go out and do something you enjoy, hang out with friends, take up a new hobby, do some kind of volenteer work. Try to keep busy; don't sit around being miserable!
Do not dispair; someday you will meet that perfect guy!

Seriously, you have to try to forget him. Going back to a relationship where he hurts you is bad for you. You're probably a nice, cute girl that can find another love in your life. These things take time. It took me a long time to forget a girl that I really loved. I mean I still think about our time together and how I miss her but I'm over it. I already moved on and so can you. You can't be weak hearted for him. There is a lot of guys out there that can make you happy. You just need an open mind and one day out of nowhere there he will be. Just be patience.

omg i'm going through the same thing. i hate myself for ever letting her go,and i'm not making this up . we used to have a book that we put pics in and wrote stuff about our dates and such and it meant the world to me and when we broke up she tore it up. it broke my heart, but i tapped it back together, it took about 10 hours but i felt alot better then i got a notebook and told her how i feel and put it on her car. i hope she calls. my suggestion is take a leap. right now i'm sweating and really tired but can't sleep cuz i want her to call but i know later on i'll feel the closuer i needed.By the way, this all happened today, well not us breaking up that happened 3-4 months ago.so call him up he may think your a crazy person or he may say that he loves you too. but if you two do get back together take it slow and talk about why you two failed last time. good luck
