Why do people love quoting this?

Question

Why do some take anti-Islam sites word for it when they say that Islam says something? Why don't they find out the whole truth about it? Here is one example. People say women are equal to dogs. What do you think about this?

Narrated 'Aun bin Abi Juhaifa:

Narrated 'Aisha:

The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him."

I heard my father saying, "The Prophet led us, and prayed a two-Rak'at Zuhr prayer and then a two-Rak'at 'Asr prayer at Al-Batha' with an 'Anza (planted) in front of him (as a Sutra) while women and donkeys were passing in front of him (beyond that 'Anza)."

Volume 1, Book 9, Number 498:
Narrated 'Aisha:

It is not good that you people have made us (women) equal to dogs and donkeys. No doubt I saw Allah's Apostle praying while I used to lie between him and the Qibla and when he wanted to prostrate, he pushed my legs and I withdrew them.

Those who wish to find fault in Islam cannot if they are to truly study it... so they just take things out of context and add or subtract their own opinions of what it should mean. Creating something flawed to pass to others as being Islam when it's not. Allah (God) knows best!

Because people would rather have reasons to hate. That's all they want. They really don't care to hear about it. Anyone with half a brain understands that Islam is not a violent religion--not any more violent than other religions anyway. Yes, there are violent extremists. People understand that and can distinguish between your average Muslim and the extremist and realize there's a difference. Some people, though, just want to hate. Or they're incapable of seeing past the bubbles at the top of their beer glasses.

(Not a Monkeh is an example of the kind of Neanderthal that knows how to type)

Now, as far as the Islamic myth having any truth or validity--well, I put that in the same corner as any other fairy tale belief, Christianity included

Sister this is an easy one!
Its because Islam is perfect and complete. The only way they can find something bad about Islam is to make it up or try and swich things around and take them out of context. It is kind of nice to always hear the same things from the anti-Islamic Christians and Atheists because it makes it really easy(and fun) to refute them.

For Westerns feeling the real Islam is really difficult.
Islam is the religion of peace and justice. In Islam more than any religion islam gave more respect to woman.Islam is the religion of Equalness.

One problem is that Islam has two main sets of slightly different verses: Medinan and Meccan. One sounds nice and peaceful and the other doesn't.
