i used to be 125 pounds and my doctor told me it was a healthy weight for me. ive gained some weight (about 10-15lbs) as of late due to where i work and my eating habits...i work at a resturant and its very easy to just start eating stuff during breaks and not even think about what your actually eating. and soda is free for employees so that doesnt help either.
i dont have much time to exercise due to my schedule and lack of gyms where i live...
now, i already plan on cutting soda out of my life as much as possible. im gonna start bringing vitamin water and other healthy alternatives to soda to work. but what else can i do? i want to be as healthy as possible about this. so what foods can i eat? i do cook, but say im out and all ive got is fast food, what should i go for?
also, if i happen to find myself with a half hour to do whatever i want with, what exercises could i do with stuff just around my house?
help please?

ps, i really am not doing this for any vain reasons. its not me to be vain. i really just dont feel healthy at my currant weight, i feel sort of sluggish and slow. theres nothing major wrong with me (doctors told me so) i just dont want to feel so sluggish and all that so often

oh, and if you want...if you know of what the healthy alternatives are at certain resturants, tell me what your fav is...i like lots of flavor, so if you know something that has a lot of flavor but not many calories or fat, hook me up!
