I'm seventeen years old. I'm 5'6, and I weigh 105 pounds. I wear a size zero. And my mom keeps putting me on Weight Watchers. Am I fat?

That's very frightening! If anything, you are too thin (whether you really are or not depends on your bone structure, but 105 is more appropriate for someone 5'1", rather than 5'6"). I'm sure your mom means well, but she is going to make you so nervous about weight that you stand a good chance of ending up with some sort of eating disorder. Relax, and tell her to lay off. You're just fine.

You are not fat!! I'm 5'6" also. Maybe your mom just wants you to eat healthy. There are much healthier options than weight watchers programs. You are skinny, not fat. Yeah, it's good to eat healthy and exercise, but you have to get advice from other people like professionals and veterans on the topic. research healthy eating, exercise and HEALTHY body fat levels. There is a site called www.rippedacademy.com look at the pictures of the women on that site. they have beautiful bodies. some of them are trainers and would be willing to offer advice on healthy eating. you are not fat!! BTW have you been seeing a doctor, a nutritionist?

My goodness no you are far from fat!!!! I am sorry to say this but your mom needs help...even when our chidren are a little over weight it is so wrong to give them a complex about it but a size zero, that should say quite enough in itself. You actually should probably gain weight to ensure your body/bones has everything it needs. Please watch this and do not let it give you insecurities. It is good to be health conscious, exercising and watching what we eat to make healthy choices it is a life long commitment but just as being overweight can affect our health and yrs of life so can being underweight. At 5'6", I would say you should be at least 118-130. Just exercise to keep it toned and firm. Good luck!!! YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!

NO you are not fat. I don't know why your mom would put you on weight watchers. She should be putting you on something to help you gain weight. You are way to skinny. your ideal weight is 130, but I'm not saying you should be that but you need to be at least 115. But I'm sorry that your mom would do that to you.

OMG!!! My goodness girl, you are very much under weight! You're mom is very wrong- is she very thin? Does she have an eating disorder? She must if she keeps you on weight watchers at this weight. Something is very, very wrong here- please seek help from a Doctor or someone- you're health could very much be at risk! Even if you are small boned, this is still under weight for your height. Please, if you ignore everything that is written here, just talk to a professional- a Doctor or a therapist- she is not reinforcing a healthy sense of self. I did modeling- trust me, you are far from overweight.

Holy Cow! Literally. I can't believe your family is willing to be seen in public with you. They must honestly have nerves of steel. You poor thing, they probably have to widen the interstate highway so that you and your wide load tractor can fit.

I am giving a sarcastic answer because your question is quite stupid. Nobody is that skinny. Stop wasting these peoples' time.

Bullshit.

Stop being retarded. No one that weighed 105 would ever be considered fat. You must just enjoy people saying "OMG NO..YOU ARE SKINNY"..

lol. get a life.

your mom needs to stop immediatly.
according to a few websites you are UNDER weight. you are supposed to be 120-135 pounds. find some BMI websites and show them to your mom. explain to her that she might even be hurting your health especially dieting at a young age. dont let her control this!

oh and to answer your question:
NO you are NOT fat.
you are UNDERWEIGHT.
