We had sex and he had the nerve not to follow up the next day. He went cold on me. He should have been happy that i even gave him the time of day. I was very attracted to him, we flirted but after sex he became distant. The sex was not the greatest, but i stilled liked him anyway. What was his problem. Can any older man explain this to me?

He is not married, he took me to his beautiful house. He did mention that he had a girlfriend that LOVED him to death and that she was good to him, and i think that is the only reason he kicks it with her out of obligation or otherwise he would not be checking other women out. Prior to having sex we flirted like crazy and there was not a day that he did not call or come by. When we finally did have sex i noticed that his penis would get soft and then hard again, was it me or was he just having difficutly because of his age. To keep himself aroused he did as me to suck my breast and when i did this i noticed he penis did get harder. What's up with this whole thing?????

oh...by the way....when he did return my call after i cursed him out on his voice message, he abrubtly towards the end of the conversation said "have a nice day, life, week, bye bye", This infuriated the **** out of me. I thought to myself how could an old bastard act like a young boy out of college. I wonder if he even thinks about what he did.

well, you answered your own question, he told you he has a girlfriend, and it really doesn't matter what you think that relationship is all about. he checks other women out because he's an asshole, and doesn't care about anyone but himself. so yeah, i'm sure he wanted to get some on the side, and he did. i suspect that it was guilt that made him get soft, and then hard again, and guilt that made him go cold the next day, as well as blowing you off after your phone conversation. guilt that he was cheating on his girlfriend, as well as using you. yeah, it sucks, but nothing to get infuriated about, just take it as a lesson learned and move on, and think about what you are doing next time.

I'm not an expert or anything on this stuff but theres not too much of an age difference there. For some reason, 17 years age difference is socially as well as mentally acceptable, especially for an older man seeing a younger woman. He should be happy to land someone that young. Maybe he is shy...maybe you need to make the 1st move towards talking to him again and initiating flirty stuff and dates? This situation seems to all kind of depend on how you two were before you had sex. Did you date before the sex or was it just a one-night thing? If it was just a one night thing, he may just have wanted to sleep with you.

Well i am not an older man, but i am an older women, And with older men a young girl is just a ego trip to a older man, to see if he can get you into bed,and than he can let his buddy know that he had a young girl, and he know that he is still good in bed, they like to brag and lie a lot. when they are going through mid life Crissie's to see how long they will go.You say the sex was not that great, it probably was not that great to him neither, it was just a one night stand, or you may have been too much for him to handle and you scared him off.

Who knows? Maybe he was aiming for a sexual quota.. or something like a desired result afterwards or something he evaluated during... and perhaps he knows it wasn't your greatest, hence some sort of a "low" for him... and so he probably didn't think it'd matter whether or not he followed up.
Some men past their mid-30's can be very attractive and possess strong appeal.. but then aren't so "sharp" when it comes to doing the deed.
I'm not saying it's your fault, no, no, no. But perhaps your strong attraction to him (indicated by your "very") made you expect more from him in bed? Hence you didn't enjoy it as much...
Also, some (i mean SOME) older men with the "appeal" can also have bigger egos.. so.. if you ever find yourself in that position again.. don't expect too much. :)

Not a man....but should probably tell you....he was either married or just using you. He has a lot more experience than you in the sack...and that could be why too. When I was 33 I dated and almost married a man of 50. That is not old. I think they are sexier at that age and more sophisticated.

he is an idiot --- i am older than him and know i would not go cold after sex ---- sex is just a step in getting closer not the end of something (it may be that the relationship fades away but that is not about the sex its about how well we get on together) --- sex helps to find out if we can live together --- im sorry and best wishes

This is what young men do when you let them, and I would assume that young men who never grow up (older men) do the same.
