Hi I am really concernd about my weight
how much should i weigh for being 14 just turning 15 this coming month
and 5'9??
i play sports and pretty fit
just got a jelly belly ?

id say for your height you should be about 140-150lbs

You should weigh between 120 and 150 but no more then that.

Ahh you need to loose 30 to 35 pounds, shouldn't be a problem for your age.
Putting on 5 lbs of muscle eats 500 calories a day so lift weights and do sit ups and crunches, ride your bike and run or walk when you can.

100 pounds for 5 feet tall, plus 5 pounds for every inch above that = 145 pounds

ur bones weigh more than anything so you have more bones since ur ttall so that is ok
