dont waste your money.
I have tried lots of them - before i started learning about nutrition and fitness. I tried from the most popular - Hydroxycut, Lipo-6, Relacore, Mega Green Tea, Zantrax etc. The strange thing - they either didnt work or i gained weight eating the same way and exercising - i guess my body just doesnt like any diet pills and deprivation didnt work as well - the more things i tried the more i gained weight untill i started changing my lifestyle.

I used products with ephedrine in them when they were readily available. They were helpful to get your heart rate higher when doing cardio and sustain stamina, thus burning more calories. Taking them and doing nothing accomplished nothing. The only diet pill on the market now that will really do anything is Alli. I haven't used it, but I know how it works. It keeps your body from absorbing some of the fat that you ingest. But if you take it you have to watch what you eat, or the side effects will be really unpleasant. If you take Alli and then eat fatty foods, you'll pay for it with really unpleasant digestive experiences.

i've used about every diet pill there is on the market. no exaggeration. from relacore to dexatrim yadda yadda. trimspa even. everything. NO, none of them work. i always researched them online too and everyone would say they work, but they don't. apparently someone told me they are all fake testimonials. it's sad because i wasted so much money. honestly there is no magic diet pill that's going to help you lose weight. i've been fighting weight for almost all my life, i would know. in the end, what worked for me was the atkins diet and taebo.

check out this website: www.herbalife.com

My mom sells it, and our family takes it as well. Its not really for diet, but its more for a better lifestyle..I am taking it to gain weight, and my BF and brothers are taking it to lose weight..You have to be commited to it if you want to lose weight or gain weight...It consists of drinking shakes, and pills that work for certain things...I also take the vitamins like calcium, my heart, and things such like that..I found them to work better than ones i bought at stores.

Some side effects are which arent bad or harmful is that you have to get use to eating healthy and changing your eating habits and have the strive to commit to it and do it more for your health. My mom sees it as keep you healthy..I have been told thats its not all about losing weight, but about being healthy and eating right, but you will lose weight and have more engergy and eat less when you get on the shakes..It take times and dedication and effort, but if you do it right, you will see a difference in you quicky especially in your face because it clears up and gives you a natural glow...

p.s this isnt a diet where you starve yourself but only improve your eating habits and trust me you'll find it hard at first but its possible :) also its not just for losing weight or gaining but for many other things as well :)

let me know if you have any questions, im more than welcome to answer them.
