i have a six pack and i barely notice im losing it. i work out reallly often i weight around 160? is it because lack of protein?
and its becoming into fat.what foods have good protein and thats healthy

160 and you have a 6 pack? LOL of what beer?

you only need to do weight training (including ab workouts) 2-3 times a week because muscle grows between workouts while you are resting.
muscle doesnt turn into fat - they are two different tissues. You gain fat which covers your muscles so you dont see them but they are still there.
To lose fat you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
Where to get protein from - whey protein, lean meat, beans, tofu, cottage cheese, milk, yogurts, soy milk, protein fortified cereals, egg whites etc.
