Why can't you atheists accept the bible when it makes such perfect sense!?
-The entire mankind must suffer because Adam&Eve ate a fruit! So make sure to also call your friend a thief if his great, great, great grandfather was thief
-Cain was Adam&Eve's first son! He then married a Lady(who came from?....well who cares) YOU DARE QUESTION GOD??!!
-Every living flesh was destroyed in the great flood! So the whales stayed alive in the ark with no water! "And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark." Isn't that miraculous of God?!
With all this and you still don't believe in the Bible??!!

No, I don't believe the bible. Yes, I certainly do question god; or would if there was a god. What is it you don't understand when I say there is no proof to support the hypothesis of an all powerful god? What is it you don't understand when I say that the bible is nothing more than a mistranslated mishmash of any number of long lost original documents? What is it you don't understand when I say the bible is full of contradictions and unfulfilled prophecies? What is it you don't understand
when I tell you that there is god's law and there is law given to Moses in the old testament and that the laws done away with are the ones for the children of Israel while plodding through the desert? What is it you don't understand when I tell you that your jesus had to have risen late Saturday afternoon? What? What? Easter is a pagan holiday. So is Christmas. Pick a point. Pick the a subject and we will each take time to research it and present our results in this forum. I believe you read it and that you accepted it as the truth. I read it and researched it and realized it was not the truth as you tell it. That is the answer to WHY I am an atheist.
edit: dam I'm dry. Want a Corona? I am going to have one. Ice cold. I won't tell on you.

There are so many contradictions in the bible which is the truth?
The bible is a series of fairy tales and fables.. Written by man to control man nothing more..
Why can't you just accept this? Is it because you don't believe it?
Step back and turn that around I don't believe the bible same thing in reverse use you brain if you try really hard you can wrap it around the concept.. It's not that hard just take what you believe and say Atheist don't believe any of this crap.. Then accept it as our free will..

"We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." -- Anne Coulter, Christian Peace Activist
Conquer,Convert or kill them.
"The three-in-one/one-in-three mystery of Father, Son and Holy Ghost made tritheism official. The subsequent almost-deification of the Virgin Mary made it quatrotheism . . . Finally, cart-loads of saints raised to quarter-deification turned Christianity into plain old-fashioned polytheism. By the time of the Crusades, it was the most polytheistic religion to ever have existed, with the possible exception of Hinduism.
This untenable contradiction between the assertion of monotheism and the reality of polytheism was dealt with by accusing other religions of the Christian fault.
The Church - Catholic and later Protestant - turned aggressively on the two most clearly monotheistic religions in view - Judaism and Islam - and persecuted them as heathen or pagan.
The external history of Christianity consists largely of accusations that other religions rely on the worship of more than one god and therefore not the true God.
These “pagans” (Islam and Judaism) must therefore be converted, conquered and/or killed for their own good in order that they benefit from the singularity of the Holy Trinity, plus appendages." -- The Doubter's Companion (John Ralston Saul)

dont forget, when the fossils were created, it went down like this
first, a small dinosaur came up, and it was different. the flood crushed it and bang-a fossil. god then threw down a layer of dirt and another, slightly different dinosaur jumped up and god killed it and threw down another layer.
he did this several times up until the most modern animals were around, and so then noah took those ones on his boat.

Let me see...
talking snakes & donkeys
prophets flying into the sky in blazing chariots
bones coming back to life & dead men rising from graves
enormous fire-breathing hippopotamuses with glowing eyes
etc.
I also can't imagine why people would be skeptical.

You have to realize, God isn't interested in most people. When you look into the world, you see mass confusion having to do with the Bible. It's supposed to be that way.

Truth is provable. Your bible is nothing but baseless, unsupported superstition.
