The point is to get to know the person, or at least know what kind of people you are attracted to.

Enjoying the other person's company, and having sex.

Although I prefer something that has the potential to "go somewhere," it is true that some relationships do start out with casual dating.

The main problem with casual dating, in my opinion, is that it can feel sorta like a detour from where you want to be, and that can be really frustrating. It's a fine line between fun and frustration.

As someone who can't feel true love for anyone (and it's a serious condition, no lie; I feel no love for my family, my six year old son, my girlfriend, myself) casual dating can give you some pleasure that you might not have never known. But is it what you really want? Do you want to just have a casual fling (i.e., hot sex but no meaning relationship) or do you want to build something? For someone like me , a casual relationship is all I can have. I never know anyone, hate anyone, love anyone, or anything. For me life can be pretty ****. I hope it's not the same for you. Good luck.

Casual dating is like getting acquainted with the person... To get to know the person your dating better. It is where you decide if you still want to entertain or just forget about the person. If it is still worth to go out with the person again or not. Just don't sleep with them on casual dates... its not worth it.. You'll know if the person is interested in you or just want sex

PROCREATION , SOMEONE SHOULD PROCREATE IF NOT THE WORLD WILL END , IT'S AN EVOLUtionary tactic. the point is basically sex , now love is a trick , so anyway back to the matter , casual dating could mean someone can fall in love , if that happens then , hoorayy , jackpot. so many lil kids . .

To experience and learn from your mistakes, that way, when you do go out on a serious date with someone you like, you already know what to do and what not to do. You learn about what works and what doesn't. Practice makes perfect.

to get to know different people and see if any of them goes anywhere... it lets the two whom are involved see other people until they decide on someone they want to make it more permanent with.

To sort out what u like and don't like. You don't buy the first orange u see right? You have to sort em out and even taste them if you like. Then when u meet the right guy, u'll know he's right the qualities he has
