The only foolproof method is to have sex with them; the players will move on once they've had sex; the good, truthful guys will stick around.
Oh.... I guess you wanted to know how to distinguish them *before* sex, right??? Mmk, slightly different question.
There are several methods you can use. Take the guy to a bar... get him to have a few beers... then talk to him... periodically ask make some leading statements (so it isn't totally obvious what you are doing), and wait for a response. Here's an example:
Her: "....I remember one relationship that I had lasted 9 months.... I thought I was going to marry the guy! What's the longest relationship you have been in?"
Him: "Um, I had one that lasted 3 weeks..." (probably a player)
and so on.
You can also pursue guys who have more nerdy interests / fewer social skills (who are cute, but who could use some work) as it is less likely that they will be chased by women, or have other women to chase. Avoid player hangouts (clubs / bars), and find men whom you share other interests with, so it is more likely that they like you for who you are, rather than your physical attributes.
Finally, remember that for men, sex will always have a physical component to attraction, so don't let physical attraction automatically disqualify a potential guy.

GUESS WHAT -->> PLAYERS ARE REALLY NOT INTERESTED IN LYING TO WOMEN. NOR DO THEY HAVE TO.
EVER.
And women LOVE guys who sprinkle everything with a dash of BS . . . or things she "wants to hear". Like . . .
- "No I am not interested in you sexually at all. I WANT to start out as friends." THAT'S A LIE. A "player" would never say that.
- "Your happiness is the most important thing to me." THAT'S A LIE. A "player" would never say that.
etc.
That's EXACTLY why women DON'T LIKE PLAYERS. Because they ARE truthful. Too truthful. And there is only one thing wome HATE more than a guy who LIES . . . it's a guy who looks them in the face and tells them the TRUTH.
So , are you sure you REALLY want a guy who TELLS YOU THE TRUTH?????
Or are you interested in a WUSSY who will tell you all the "good" and "nice" things you want to hear. Even though its peppered with PLENTY of CRAP.
Think about it.
Here is something I am willing to BET you don't know about "PLAYERS". -->> THEY ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR ONE GOOD WOMAN WORTH SPENDING THEIR TIME WITH.
The only difference is . . . they don't PLAY THE GAME BY "HER" RULES.

Players will tell you what you want to hear - with something that sounds very 'practiced' and truthful guys will say what comes to mind and it not sound over the top.

It's all about mannerisms. Observe them from afar and see if he checks out a woman's butt or her boobs. You will be able to tell what he is looking for in you. If he can't look you in the eye when he speaks...that may be a good indication that he is untrustworthy. Look for a sincere voice and a guy that doesn't immediately put his hands on you and say lines to draw you in. Don't meet guys at bars or clubs. They are stomping grounds for tons of players.

Players just want to sleep with you. They are like wolves ready to devour you. The good guys will wait for you until you are ready to be with them. Stick with the good guys, they'll treat you better in the long run. Good guys want love and marriage...players just want pussy and ***, thats' all. Good luck to you
