Adam and Eve sinned just once and God did not give them
a secon chance! He did not forgive them! I am sure Adam
and Eve pleaded for forgiveness, but God did not forgive them.
Read....DID NOT FORGIVE......them.

God does forgive, He is also just. He must do justice, to ignore justice would be evil, and God is holy, so He can't do anything evil. When Adam and Eve sinned, they were cast out of the garden for the good of mankind. Remember, God said they should be thrown out so they couldn't eat of the tree of life and live forever. If they had, they would become more and more corrupt, however, by allowing them to die, God put a cap on how evil we could become.

Even for God to forgive us, Jesus had to die. Someone had to pay the price for sin, that was Jesus. Justice had to be done before God could forgive anyone.

Of course God forgives!!
God did forgive Adam and Eve- He let them live!! If he had not given them a second chance we would not be here. Making them leave the Garden of Eden was their punishment for disobeying- not a sign of His unforgiving nature! Please know that God is forgiving. All throughout the Bible you will find examples of His forgiveness. Don't just look at one example taken out of context!

To receive forgiveness from God, one must be sorry, and one must also repent.

The nature of Adam's sin made repentance impossible.

Adam's sin ended up enslaving him to Satan, sin, and death ... and as a slave, Adam couldn't repent, even if he wanted to ... because Satan was his new "master"... and he threatened Adam with death, if he even mentioned the subject.

No repentence ... no forgiveness. That's the rules.

This is why God had to send his son into the world.

Satan had no power or dominion over the only begotten, sinless son of God.

The first thing Jesus did was destroy satan's evil dominion over mankind, by permitting his life to be unjustly taken from him, by the forces of evil.

No one has the power or the authority to take the life of a sinless man, let alone the only son of God. Satan and his minions crucified Christ, and when they did so, it was the end for them!

The next thing Jesus did was offer the grace of forgiveness to all who would receive it.

His church continues to offer grace and forgiveness, in Jesus name, to all who request it ... and it will continue to be so, until the end of time.

See how it all works? Now don't you feel better?

I know God forgave me from my sins and set me free from the burden and guilt that i carried.

God is doing great things in my life. even after I sinned and has let me know He is near in my journey to knowing Him more.
