Try eating healthier! Eat more whole foods, lean protein or even better .. vegetable and legume based proteins, less fat, and more fiber.

Ttry exercising too. Might sound contradictory but exercise does increase stamina. Try doing more cardio and a little strength training as well.

Also, b vitamins only help increase energy levels if you have a legitimate b vitamin deficiency and only a doctor or nutritionist can tell you if you have that, so don't buy into stuff about needing more b vitamins.

There are no vitamins which will give you energy. Vitamins only aid in the release of energy they do not create energy.

Energy in the body is created from glucose in the form of atp. Only carbs, protein, and fat get broken down into glucose. Oh and sometimes muscle, but that only occurs in very extreme cases.

I had the same problem.

After seeing the doctor to rule out physical problems, I started taking a multivitamin with all the B vitamins, began to eat better (fewer carbs), exercised more often and slept more. It took a month but I'm all better now. :)

What is your age? What is your life style? Is it a recent problem or have you suffered for a few months? do you have any other associated health conditions? Answer these questions to see whether you have a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or some temporary problems.

Are you sleeping enough at night? Have you had your thyroid checked recently? Are you anemic? You should consult your physician in the event that you are getting enough sleep and eating the proper foods to see what might be going on.
