well, i was in ur same exsact pusision so i think i can help u. I pretty much told myself that i wouldnt eat those junk food. Its not you... and its not your hunger attempts. U think ur hungry but ur really not that hungry... if u feel like u are like bloated after eating something u though u were hungry for u really werent that hungry. Ur mind tells you that u are.. it just makes u think that. When u get this little alarm in your head just really think if your really that hungry ... i just find something to drink like lemonade, water, juice, milk etc. Not something to sweet... these liquids changes ur mouths quenches for food. U wont be very hungry after a drink. Soda doesnt really help it makes ist worse for some ppl. Always think about if u are really hungry dont force it . this makes ur stomach get into a orderly schedule for times u are hungry and are not. Hope u get the best results :)

It is good you want to eat healthy but you dont need to worry about your weight. You are not at all in need of concern.
But I understand your problem. Junk food is addictive! You just have to find a healthy low cal/ low fat food you can munch on that you like alot to replace ethe junk food when you get the munchies. I like to pop a bag of low fat popcorn when I get the munchies. It fills you up with VERY low calories and hardly any fat. Thats great MR. MAGIC........... she said she is 13! Why would you talk like that???? Great example!

Just work it off and go for a jog around the block daily and also exercise in your spare time then that way you can eat anything you want without getting fat. Just don't spend your day on Yahoo all the time. It's sometimes a waste lol.

Don't go on fighting with yourself about your food. That will lead to what is called the yo-yo dieting, starving then eating too much, starving....Consult your parents and with their help, see a good dietician. Your body is not getting some essential nutrients and that leads to these food cravings. Best wishes.

the fastest way to "blow" a diet is to tell yourself you CANT have something. start slow cut down on fattening things.. have smaller portions while adding some healthier things also ( fruits, raw veggies, ect) if you try to cut out everthing thats bad for ya you'll probably fail...
everything in moderation :)

have your mom take you to a dietitian. this will get you eating right. if you have a bike, ride it. people don't realize how many Calories you burn by riding that bike on simple errands.
