Yes there are many others but the common example is Jesus Christ because he is the most favorable referrence, but there are others.........

No, regardless of what the xtians blow hards preachify, Jesus is not the only "Christ" There's Dionysus, the "True Vine", Osiris Christ, Quetzalcoatl,Appollonius of Tyana, and a whole host of others. The arrogant xtian confuses narrow minded ignorant prejudice with piety. These "johnny-come-lately" xtians have no sense, or respect for the other religions of the world, and all they added to religion was their intolerance and their persecution of those that didn't, and don't, believe what they do - including other xtians.

Jesus is Christ, which means that He is the Son of God, our Savior. There is only one and will be only one... although it is in the Bible that there will be others that will try to claim that they are Christ.

Christ simply means 'annointed one'. Since ALL Jewish kings and prophets were annointed, I'd have to say there have been others. Jesus IS, however, the Only Begotten Son of God. No others.

There is one name given under heaven whereby a man must be saved. That is the scriptures claim about Jesus and I believe it. There have been others to claim the distinction of Messiah, but only one Resurrection. He is the only true Christ.
