kk, in my dream my mom told me to go to the store to go get some milk, when i was walking there some guy kidnapped me and raped me, then after he twisted me and the i stared to scream. I was screaming so much my guts came out of my mouth, then i woke up and i got out of bed and i could feel all of the pain that was in my dream and i had hand prints on my arms and cuts on y legs ! What happend to me

Seriously, your dream was inspired by a demonic spirit. Most people do not believe in demons, but they are real. Whenever you have a traumatic experience in your life, demons will try to attach themselves to your past hurts to keep you from healing. Demons are very real and they can touch you, hurt you, scratch, and punch you just like another person. When I was in the Army I was attacked by a demon and he held me down and I felt what was like other hands holding me down also. My body contorted and was flopping up and down off the bed. My room mates were so scared they were all holding on to each other. And they started screaming, "We don't know how to help you. What do we do? What do we do?". The demon let me go, but my roomates realized they had just witnessed a demonic encounter.
