One of the ways to get a heavily discounted airline ticket is to work for an airline...but that's not really a secret :)

Yep - here in Aussie if you need to go to another hospital or to see a specialist Doctor they will give you a free airfare..... Of course you need to live in the outback etc. For eg: If you are in Alice springs, they will fly you to Adelaide.
