When I use the number two and wipe it hurts and there is an irritaiton beside my butt hole and its bleeding. My vagina is also irritated. Just recently I swiched to wipes instead of toilet paper to clean off the oil that comes out easier (I'm on alli) and also I use the wipes after sex. Could it have over dried my area down there? Please help.

If the blood is coming straight from your anus, then you could have what's called hemorrhoids, it's caused by sever constipation, or if you have internal bleeding in your intestines. If the blood is coming from around your anus then you could have an acne or a pimple that bleeds when you push it. If it's irritated change wipes again because you could be allergic this kind of wipes. For awhile, do not use toilet paper or wipes, go to the shower and wash it.

It's probably hemerroids. They can be caused by a lot of things, and in your case it is probably wiping too hard because of the Alli side effects. Switching to wipes is a good idea. There are a lot of over the counter treatments that you can use to numb the pain or shrink it down.

I'm wondering if you could have hemorrhoids and got irritated from the diarrhea and med you are on. Probably not much you can do for it. Tucks pads, witch hazel, trip to the doc. Good luck with that.
