If you take a stand and state openly that another person is “wrong” in their religious beliefs, are you not in actuality, openly judging that person for having different religious beliefs then yourself?

If it is not judging, then what is it when you say their religious beliefs are wrong?

I'd call it judging. However, we are free to disagree about the beliefs of another. They don't have to be told their "wrong". There is a better way.

Yes. When you are openly stating that a person is "wrong" to have and believe in their religion you are judging that person. Same goes to the person who does it to you. There is no right or wrong in religious beliefs, there is only faith and belief. We are all different from another and it is judgmental to say they are "wrong" just because they are not you.

Yes you are, that's why I believe that instead of insulting the perons intelligence (which so many Christians AND Atheists alike have done in the past) how about what I do, and only say, "Well that's what you believe, but I believe in something else..." I NEVER say "You're wrong for believing in God." and I never will. But some people think I do just because of what I believe, and what not...but yes, you are judging people.

The Bible teaches to judge a persons heart and spirt

But to not judge the outside appearence or vain things of this world.

sometimes even though I prefer an individual opinion without bashing others to state conflicting views implies a judgment .
to point out the flaws of an others beliefs is a service sometimes . for instance if your faith requires sacrificing virgins to appease the gods a little enlightenment is wrong
but only edifying.

Yes and no. I always mean to be non-judgemental and open-minded. Then I am put in a position where I am put on the spot and I have to tell it like I see it or else I hear something that is really offensive and I have to speak up and it's all lost. I guess we're all judgemental and opinionated all and all.

I will always stand up to bigotry. I will always protest loudly anyone trying to force their religious dogma on me through our laws.

If you say gay marriage is wrong I WILL stand up and say you are wrong. I will judge you to be a bigot.

It's not judging by making them aware that God will judge them. That's called bearing witness. Very different.

I'm not judging anyone, I'm just stating a clear and logical truth, anyone who believes religions is a demented fool period.

You are judging them yes. My non-religion doesn't stop me from doing that.
