First things first, its time to get busy.
Is everything spotless where you live? make it so.
Hows the outside look, weeds, lawn, planting flowers. Getting in touch with nature in some way.
Loose the TV. Completely,it is full of lies on the news, Full of commercials with enticing food, crappy sitcoms and everything else is showing you just how perfect you are not.
Go visit family that doesnt get to see you often.
Get involved with a worth while cause even if its just online. A good start might be the freedoms we are having to give up in the name of security.
By the time you keep yourself busy like this you wont have time to eat. Be passionate about these things and food only comes to mind when you are starving.
Eat only when stomach growls then eat what you want as much as you want.
Good luck

I know what you mean, I think about food all the time too and no matter what everyone else says, you cant just forget about it by just playing a game or drinking water or whatever.
There's this site i just found, sparkpeople.com, where it helps you maintain, or even lose, weight.
You have to be eighteen, but its a great way to track down what your eating and physical activities your participaating in. They create a meal plan for you, which you can ajust very easily, and they have strength training exercises online (with animated demos). Its a little time consuming, but it helps me since i think about food a lot anyways lol. But, you should definately check it out!
If you have any other questoins or need to talk, you can email me sometime. I've been struggling with several eating dissorders for the past few years and it seems like you might be going down that path( if your not there already). Im not trying lecture you or anything though, but just trying to say that you can talk to me sometime if you need any help.^_^

When I took diet pills, I did it secretively too! i guessed I didn't want anyone to know about it and sway me from taking them. But after two trials, I stopped because they are not effective. And that's after spending a couple hundred dollars.
If you don't want to have hunger pangs ,eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and be active , you will not have problem losing some weight. Eat healthy low carb snacks in between meals.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details, and snack and food ideas are in my blog

you need selfcontrol not the snack all day. get active with something elce. i have notince when im bored i tend to eat alot.
to losse weight there is a few steps you need to take.
eat 4 to 5 small meals aday, but you have to be doing some kind of cardio workout for this to work.
they also have smootie like drinks you can buy at gyms of some smootie store. its called fat burnner at golds gym. but look up that in more detail on google.

Don't worry, my friend.
I'm 15, 145 lbs, and 5.7"
I think about food all the time and I've made a habbit out of chocolate (God's Candy, lol).
My suggestion is to keep active. I'm very athletic so I'm in great shape...though, I haven't played a sport in two years :-)
Don't put that mentallity on! Be a good person and fight it with pure will power. Tell your stomach, "SHUT UP!" And distract yourself with a movie or something.
For the love of God, don't starve yourself. If you are hungry, eat, it's that simple. But don't make eating your sad pillow. I mean, don't eat (junk food) out of stress or anger. I know it's hard, but you can do it girl!

try chewing on gum.
when you constantly chew if can trick your body into thinking you're eating.
or carry around vegetables. they're healthy and yummy. but yeah you get sick of them fast..but go to the grocery store and check out all the dressings that can go along! thankfully there are a lot of low fat and low calorie dressings these days.
good luck

When you feel hungry, just drink a lot of water and you'll feel bloated so that way you don't really have to eat. :)
