Isn't that really unfair and insensitive to the rest of us? How would you feel if your earthly father did that? "Sorry Billy, but Johnny is the chosen one in THIS household!"
Why would God create everything and then chose a tiny tribe of people (who make up less than .000001% of all humans who have lived and died on this earth) to be his 'favorites'. And then for some reason, only God know why, decided to change the 'rules' halfway thru the game and send his son to inform the Jews that the laws He had given them were no longer applicable.
Doesn't the mere belief in Jesus as the son of God, and understanding his 'mission' on earth, mean that you are accepting that God made a mistake and was trying to rewrite the rules? Ooops.
And may I respectfully ask that no one answer using Bible verses. Just common logic will do. Thanks

It's the same problem from a long time ago. They didn't believe God could do anything. As soon as a new problem came up, they cried for Egypt. And they doubted God and said, " Oh why have we been led here only to die in the desert? I wish we were back in Egypt."

So God promised them that they would be made jealous by another people. And that's what is going on now.

Only, don't think that there are no Jews who are saved! That wouldn't be true either! If you read the Bible, which I think that you do, God has always had a remnant of people who are faithful to Him. I am in love with one of them in fact.

So you seem to have a problem with the way God did things. Welcome to the world. When it all boils down, God has the right to do what He wants! In all cases we can wither trust Him and believe what He says, or not. I am in the trusters crowd.

Your description of CHOSEN people is wrong. Chosen does not mean better or favorite people but merely chosen to exist so that other people known that god exists.Jews are a very small group that seem to be on every Continent, in every society,to have effected world history way beyond there numbers. That is why the Jews were chosen.
the teaching of "Jesus"is also Judaism in the early first century and nothing new nor special hence no changing of the rules.

God did not make a mistake. Jesus came to fulfill the law and the prophets which he did. It is insane that many Jews do not recognize Jesus all over their sacred texts.

God gave the Hebrews both a BLESSING and a CURSE.
Yes, they get to bear the sacred messages of God that is salvation to the world, but look at the price they have paid for it since; a lot to lose and a lot to gain.

Never ask a question about God and expect no bible verse in return.

"Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known" (Deut. 11:26-28).

The Old Testament Jews who kept Gods commandments will be resurrected LITERALLY to join the raptured New Testament Christians during the millennium; all of them believers in God and keepers of his commandments and all washed clean in the blood of Jesus.

It is propaganda written by the Jews. It is ridiculous to believe that 1 group of people are gods chosen ones. What about someone who lives his or her life selflessly and only promotes love and peace but happens to be of a different religion. Don't you think they would be chosen by god. Thats why religion in general makes no sense. How are we supposed to know the thoughts of the creator of the universe when we can't even get along with each other on a daily basis. Of course there will be those that say god wrote the bible but that argument is absolute nonsense. Great question.

The Jews are blamed as a results of fact there's a Satanic non secular conspiracy to objective to smash them. God himself, no longer any guy, has allowed this to proceed as a results of fact they reject Jesus Christ. the international aside from God's Kingdom is venture to devil's kingdom, so they clearly have faith the lie that the Jews are responsible for all the evils of the international, while in reality, this is sinful guy (Jewish or no longer) who has surpassed over his authority interior the international to devil in believing him (which befell interior the backyard of Eden). no person talks approximately Christians who're blamed, persecuted, and have been murdered/martyred in numbers some distance extra beneficial than the Jewish Holocaust. Even harmless unborn babies are murdered extra...yet those human beings think of its a undeniable 'non secular group or background' this is accountable.

The term chosen is often misunderstood, as it does not imply superiority.
It goes back to Abraham. Abraham lived in a world steeped in idolatry, which he concluded was contradicted by the reality of design in nature.

So Abraham came to a belief in God, and took upon himself the mission of teaching others of the monotheistic ideal. Abraham was even willing to suffer persecution for his beliefs. After years of enormous effort, dedication and a willingness to accept the responsibility to be God's representative in this world, God chose Abraham and his descendents to be the teachers of this monotheistic message.

In other words it is not so much that God chose the Jews; it is more accurate that the Jews (through Abraham) chose God.

Speaking of the nation of Israel, Deuteronomy 7:7-9 tells us, “The LORD did not set His affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. But it was because the LORD loved you and kept the oath He swore to your forefathers that He brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt. Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; He is the faithful God, keeping His covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep His commands.”

God chose the nation of Israel to be the people through whom Jesus Christ would be born – the Savior from sin and death (John 3:16). God first promised the Messiah after Adam and Eve’s fall into sin (Genesis chapter 3). God later confirmed that the Messiah would come from the line of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Genesis 12:1-3). Jesus Christ is the ultimate reason why God chose Israel to be His chosen people. God did not have to have a “chosen people,” but He decided to do it that way. Jesus had to come from some nation of people, and God chose Israel.

However, God’s reason for choosing the nation of Israel was not solely for the purpose of producing the Messiah. God’s desire for Israel was that they would go and teach others about Him. Israel was to be a nation of priests, prophets, and missionaries to the world. God’s intent was for Israel to be a distinct people, a nation of people the pointed others towards God and His promised provision of a Redeemer, Messiah, and Savior. For the most part, Israel failed in this task. However, God’s ultimate purpose for Israel, that of bringing for the Messiah and Savior, was fulfilled perfectly – in the Person of Jesus Christ.

Jesus did not change anything in the old testament, he came to explain it to the Jews who got it all wrong, he gave this promise to Abraham who was at that time the only one in the earth that was not worshipping false gods, the Jews where suppose to be a tribe of priests to serve and teach man kind, they did not do this so God gave them over to other country's to spreed them through out the world, so his word would travel with them

The Ancients were the Chosen people of God, but not the present outfit .. Why? Because Jesus said to his many listeners, who included the chief priests and men of the sect of the Pharisees: “The kingdom of God will be taken from you and be given to a nation producing its fruits.” (Matt. 21:43-46)

There are believers in the Old Testament that were not part of the Nation of Israel; genetics had nothing to do with it. They were chosen on the sense that God chose to work his plan through them, not exclusively for them.
