(yeah, i know this has probably been asked many a time before, but it's always good to have some fresh answers.)

allow me to rephrase: if Jesus were here walking among us today, and live a normal day to day life like us.....

Jesus is alive today.

The question is faulty because Jesus IS alive. He raised from the dead and went up to Heaven, where He's seated at the right hand of God.

He seems more interested in influencing other voters than voting Himself. He avoided the political affiliations of the Zealots and Sadducees during His public ministry years, so I'm speculating that He'd not feel any more compelled to join a political party today.

He would be a conservative. NOT a neo-conservative (a la the Republican party), but a conservative nonetheless. His theology, his practices, and his values all aligned with the conservative parties in ancient Judaism. But that is often obscured by the fact that he reserved his harshest criticism for those same conservative groups. It would be the equivalent of a modern Republican denouncing the rampant decay of the Republican party, criticizing the presidency of Reagan, Bush and Bush, condemning the political activity of the religious right, etc.

Jesus is alive! He would not be a liberal as we know the term to mean today. He has definitive commands of what is right and wrong. He is definitely conservative politically and socially. He is for small government, freedom of religion, pro-life, faith based programs and family values. He is not for do whatever you want and whatever might feel good to you. Jesus is for abstinence and not for abortion.

God Bless.

Jesus talks of a kingdom, which a king reigns.
A king is not elected, but chosen in a family line.
Secondly, a kingdom is a monarchy. No congress to elect, the king rules.
A liberal couldn't handle this lifestyle.

Probably a Democrat. He thinks pacifism is the answer for everything, so he'd be opposed to the 2nd ammendment. He encourages self-loathing. He hates capitalists (chasing them out of the temple). Never mind the beard and sandals.

Though he'd have a hard time on getting environmentalists on his side, since he's been known to yell at trees and curse them (fig trees in particular).

He is alive. He is Risen! Truly He is Risen! I don't believe He would vote for any of the candidates running for President. Pharisees are more becoming.

None.
I think he will become one of the candidate for president,
And he will be a democrat too, because he suits Arnold better than Bush.

I think you would hear Him rip into both those groups just like He did the Pharisees and Sadducees.
