Not going to happen. Why did you wait so long to lose weight???

DON'T TRY TO LOSE 30 POUNDS IN 3 WEEKS, there is not healthy way to lose 10 pounds a week for 3 weeks. just exercise and focus on losing a little at a time.

it is physiologically impossible to lose 30 lbs of fat in only 3 weeks. the rate of fat loss is always slower than the rate of fat storage. also the body can only utilize so much stored energy from fat in a 24 hr period regardless of the amount of exercise that is performed or how good the diet may be.

aim for a more reasonable goal of about 2-3 lbs a week.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and be active , you will not have problem losing some weight.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

ive heard that a tablespoon of vinegar after every meal could help.
avoid drinking anything BUT water. [aka sodas, liquor, juice]
watch your food intake.
remember that your stomach is the size of your fist.
instead, just eat what your stomach can take.
dont force yourself not to eat or throw up. [anorexia]
take a 30-minute brisk walk everyday.
do cardio. (running, swimming, biking) every other day
get as much sleep as you can.

you can lose it, just cut down on your calories; eat very little. when you do lose 30 pounds quickly, you have to be extra careful about not putting that weight back becuase what that is called crash dieting. brush your teeth quickly during the day to get ur breath minty and fresh. good luck.
