i go to the gym after i get off work at 10 pm. i start work at 3 so i start to get hungry but i dont want to get sick if i eat something before i work out.

I would say the best thing would be this kind of sandwich: whole wheat bread, chicken breast, mustard (optional), lettuce, tomato. This way you get carbs, protein, and fruits/veggies. The mustard would just be a good substitute for mayo. Also drink lots of water!

Eat some light snacks that can fill you up! Difficult,? not at all.

It is a good idea not to work on a full stomach. Appendicitis is one of the problem.

I like a half of a protein bar. The carbs calm me down.

you should always take protein about an hour before you train. and have a shake ready immidiately after. but a little bit of carbs are always good.

you need to eat every 3-4 hours. eating healthy and balanced meals is more important than getting regular exercise.

bit of a bagel or something starchy, carb-rich, and not too hard on the stomach. avoid fruits and veggies- they are hard to digest and therefore will give you an upset stomach.

Protien, it helps burn fat. Eat a little before and a little afterwards. Go Meat!
