Some people show their emothions and some other dont ,what are the advantages of each group ?what do you try to do ?

Oddly enough, the only emotions I show outside my immediate family are anger and joy......other just fester away until I go to work...:)

I have been called sensitive and stone cold. Either extreme is dangerous and the ideal that we all search for is the same is it is in other things in life, simple b allance. I take the situation into consiteration when deiding which side of the rail I'll ride. For instance if I am talking to a stable sincere friend about a heartwrenching event I will talk with my heart and open up. Talking to someone who is not quite trustworthy about something that I have not yet decided what emotions I feel I will refrain from going into detail and talk with my mind rather then my heart. Sharing how you feel keep you from imploading but being overly emotional can keep you from thinking clearly and changes peoples perceptions of you.

Yes i believe in showing emotions because if you don't than how would other people know that your happy, sad, angry...etc. Showing emotions are good for you, me, everyone because if we all didn't say how we felt than this world would be like "zombie land"...lol where people walk around with blank stares on their faces.

i think its important to show your emotions and let family and friends know how you feel about them
on the other hand some emotions should be controlled like anger its one thing to let someone know your upset but you have to be able to control your emotions to a point
