Some say Lee Harvey Oswald shot the president in Dallas in the warehouse. Others say it was a group of conspirators from the Cuban maffia. It happened on November 22, 1963. A year later in 1964, it was the start of the Vietnam war. Did they declare war on Cuba after President John Fitzgerald Kennedy's death? It went on from 1964-1975. Tell me what you know if you have any information.

No. The U.S. did not declare war on Cuba. The agreement that ended the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, which was struck between U.S. President John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Soviet Premier Nikita Sergeivich Kruschev, pledged the U.S. would not carry out an armed invasion of Cuba in exchange for the Soviet missiles being removed from the island.

No, there was no war with Cuba. Most of the theories involving Cuba were just conspiracy theorists trying to come up with something new and exciting.
