That's a good weight. Don't listen to all the fat asses that tell you you're too skinny. You could probably lose 5 pounds.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.99$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Height and weight are useful for a general appearence as a health assessment, but health is more than appearences. One must factor in age, strength, flexability, stamina, areobic fitness, nutrition and so on. But to answer the direct question, yes.

I weighed that in high school and I thought I was sooo fat! Now I look back and wish I looked like that again. But pilates works really well. I lost 20lbs back in Jan from aerobics and pilates. But since you don't need to lose weight you could just do pilates.

Go ahead and get toned. I'm going to guess you're naturally skinny here, but as long as you're not trying to lose too much weight, that's fine.

Girl, that is fabulous. Curves are WAY more sexy than bone thin, if you want to just be more healthy, don't go on a diet but just stay away (or limit) from junks, and fast foods. But please just look at yourself, and realize how beautiful you are.

you could stand to gain up to 10lbs..but if you like how you look now then why would you WANT to gain weight when you are not extremely underweight, you're fine :o)

you should still workout though, exercise is not only to loose weight or get buff, it is a must for a healthy life! <3

It depends. Muscle weighs more than fat. Also, the so called "normal" weight charts fail to consider bone structure.
