Go to school, study, do your home work and be responsible. That is the best job that will pay you VERY WELL in the end.

I have two daughters, the youngest is 13. When she wants extra money for something I've taught her to work for it. So she comes and says "Mom, is there anything I can do to earn some money?" I will pay her to wash my car or weed my flower beds, usually about $5 for a big job like that. She will call her grandma and offer to mow lawns or clean house too.
I bet if you approached your family and were willing to work for the $$ that they would find work for you to earn it. If you know some of your neighbors, maybe they would be willing to pay for a job or two.

well your eleven why do you need a job... is it for a school trip, like a vacation?
well i know that most people wouldnt trust someone so young babysitting kids... i know, it sucks, i tried when i was your age...
I would say the only thing that rings a bell would be walking dogs, or doing yard work... like planting trees, or pulling weeds, or mowing...
you could charge like 25$ to mow a yard that is about a half an acre... otherwise, people will think your too expensive, and get it done professionally...
Or you could try a grocery store doing the dirty jobs... like cleaning, stocking shelves... but i doubt it will hire... because of age... but its worth the try...
i hope it works out for you... good luck...

The only thing I can think of for you to do is odds and end jobs like babysitting, yardwork, etc. But it is against the law for companies to hire someone of your age...it's great that you are already taking the lead in getting a job...too many young people don't want to work at all anymore.Good luck!

Legal working age is 16.
I find the comments about babysitting hysterical. NO WAY NO HOW, would I let an 11 year old babysit, when they need a babysitter themselves.
Enjoy your youth kid and have your parents give you an allowance.

I think you need to be at least 14 in order to legally work, you may want to contact your city's newspaper and see if they need a newspaper boy, or you can offer to cut peoples grass/shovel snow/rake leaves (depending on the season). You can also see if you can become a mother's-helper (kind of like babysitting only the mother is home the whole time).

Babysitting is out of the question. You don't seem old enough your self. How about doing some work in your neghbors yards or something like that.
