I crave the community of a chruch- but I feel awkward and unusure around all relgions I've been exposed to. What are some of the lesser known religions? What kind of sites focus on these. Is there any sort of a "religion search" where I can state what is important to me and it will show things that are simmilar. (I have tried belief net but I'm looking for something simmilar but new)

I was like you searching a for a religion. I selected be catholic, because it had the answer for me. God became man so that we may know him. In Christianity is the only religion that God comes and becomes one of use shares the pain and many other things to shows use the way. God is all knowing and understands man as his pawn of his hand that why he is God, if not he is not a God. He is the only one how can give you happiness, freedom, wisdom, and love for all things. A true religion will be as to know new being or new persons. Because God is not like use he has his own likeness. If he is in are own likeness then or thoughts it is not a true religion or God then it is like make it up for own ways and interests. If I pick the bible and call the holy spirit to guide me. It is okay, but to give the authority to interpret then it is another thing you could be reinventing the wheel or make more confusion about the holy bible or the Devil could be guiding them instead of the holy spirit. The authority come for heaven and that is passed by the apostles to generations which comes form Jesus not invented. Jesus said how ever accept you (the apostles) accept me and the father.
