asks them out? or is it a turn off? i really like this guy and i don't know if i should ask him out or let himmake the move...i don't even know if he likes me. i have been dropping hints, but guys tend to not get those. he said that age didn't matter because he is a year and a half older. whats your opinion?? thankss :]

You're new her, aren't you? Not all guys are the same. Some do, some don't. I don't. Find out what the guy you're interested in wants and govern yourself accordingly. Guys usually don't get the clues that women give because you're usually so vague and subtle that he is always left wondering what the "you know what" did she mean by that. It's not that we're that think, it's the fact that women are so darn complicated. If you want the guy to ask you out and you think he's remotely interested...you know that by the way he's still hanging around and waiting for the clues and hints...just be upfront and honest. Say, would you like to take me out?

If you want to go out with him and he haven't ask you. Then just ask him out and take it from there. You said that he is a year and a half older than you. Then he should have pick up your hints that you like him. Also depend on how you leave a hint that you like him and would like to be asks out by him.

Shy guys do tend to like having the girl approach them. And it's somewhat true that guys don't pick up hints very well. (From personal experience. Hahaha...) Age also doesn't matter in my opinion as long as she is mature enough to hold a conversation.

Trust me..... no matter how many hints u give a guy... he will never get them unless u pretty much are naked..lol.. just go up to him and tell him that u like him, or ask him to talk with you in the other room if your with some friends and just tell him how you feel.

Even though I'm not a guy, most of my guy friends told me before that they would like it if the girl makes the first move (; If you're worried that he might reject you, get to know him more and give him more clues. when he don't get it, tell him straight up and face with what he has to say. good luck.

im a girl but i can still answer this Q b/c i have alota guy friends. my advice? let him come to you. guys like it when you make them chase you. all of my guys friends have said that they have liked a girl and then when they have asked her out she has emidietly said yes and then they lose interest because it is not a challenge. let him chase you. be totally obvious about likeing him, like laughing at his jokes and making flirty eye contact with him and then if he asks you to go out... wait a little.

well from what I know guys think its amazing to have a girl approach him. Guys have told me that themselves and I've learned it from experience...so go for it...just not in a sleazy way..be cute, fun, yet a little shy all at the same time and make sure you leave a little for imagination
