One, if it hasn't sat out too long. Be careful. You have to watch out for the few that died before the others. Avoid ones with straight tails. They died before they were cooked.

Cooked Crawfish

I wouldn't go more than 2 days as long as they are refrigerated. Any longer than that and you're gambling. They do get better and HOTTER as they sit though, so be careful. I would NOT recommend reheating them in any way as the tail meat will become mushy. If you have an abundance of crawfish leftover from a boil and do not intend to eat them in a day or two the best thing to do is peel all of them and freeze the tail meat. The tail meat is excellent for pasta dishes and gumbos. You can freeze the tail meat in heavy duty freezer bags for up to a year.

Only 1. It's like with cooked meat, only a few days because you never know what's been making a home and growing in it in the fridge. You'd have to heat the hell out of it (like a nuclear explosion) to make it healthy for edible consumption after more than a day or two. Don't do it! Step away from the crawfish!

I wouldn't trust eating ANY seafood for more than a day.
The importance of food safety (seafood, in this case) should not be taken lightly. Proper cooking, handling storing techniques, water quality, weather conditions, and others all play a vital role in the quality of seafood eaten by consumers. I'd say only 2 days. Its hard to reheat seafood anyway, so while it might be ok to eat. It might not taste the greatest!
