Yes but you will need to change the torque converter. All the electronics should be the same as they have the same firing order.I would consider sticking with the 318 there is no difference in the tow rating between the 318 and the 360.The 318 will get better fuel mileage and you can add performance parts to the 318 if it doesn't have the amount of power you want.Being internally balanced and with smaller mains than the 360 in my opinion makes the 318 a better engine to add performance mods.Think of the 318 as a smaller 340 chryslers best performance small block.

your 318 is internally balanced but your 360 is external, You will need a torque converter designed for a 360 engine.

One of the easiest swaps you can do. The bolt up is identical. You will have to have the torque converter or flywheel (if manual shift) to balance the engine. You must have the ECU from the 360 also.

Agree with the above answers in that the electronics are different,,but if I can add, there are external balanced Flex plates available that are cheaper than a complete flywheel. Cannot find the high performance shop in internet right now, but looked this up before.
Good Luck

The 5.2L and 5.9L used to balance the crankshaft differently. That would mean you would need to replace the transmission torque converter as well. I don't recall if they still do, though. It might also require a PCM replacement to reach the proper power.

Otherwise, it should bolt up.
