Fr.: Tu me manques
It.: (Tu*) mi manchi

The correct italian translation is "mi manchi", not "mi manqui", in fact, there's a song named like that, "mi manchi" by Andrea Bocelli

French: Tu me manques
forεigεr╬ is the only one that gave you the rigth answer about Italian: (Tu) mi manchi (singular, for both male and female)
"Li manco / lo manco" actually means "I miss them / him" but like when you're shooting at them :) "To misfire".
"Mancare" in Italian and "To miss" in English do have the same meaning in both cases.
