FIRST of all, where is your evidence for any of this?
Second the evidence AGAINST your last "choice" is staggering.
How exactly could you (or anyone else) possibly be under the impression that the US government helps Mexican citizens stay here illegally, or that they consider Mexican citizens more worthy of assistance than American citizens? I have seen this kind of thing posted before, and I'm sorry, it is patently rediculous. How do you explain the sanctioning of the minutemen? Or, for that matter, a big fat wall to keep Mexicans out of this country?
In addition, if the US government ever DOES effectively deport illegal immigrants, good luck, economy! Picture this... tomorrow, magically, all illegal immigrants are gone. What do you suppose will happen? Well, first of all, very few stores will be open, and construction in most cities will immediately cease. (And forget things like restaurants.) But after the first day of chaos, all those poor, hard-working Americans who've just been praying for the opportunity to work in kitchens and on construction sites will be happily employed, right? Wrong! Because no one is willing to DO those jobs at the wages available for them except people who are desperate. Once there is no one to do this extra labor, take a wild guess as to what will happen to the costs of pretty much everything in this country... where do you think all this extra "fair wage" money will come from?
Look, people, the bottom line is that most of us would like to live in a world where sweatshop labor is nonexistant and everyone has a job and a fair wage. But unfortunately, the system we actually have makes rich people way richer, and there's no WAY they're going to let anyone mess with that system. The fact that so many people who post on this site are so knee-jerk conservative is disheartening at best. Maybe everyone who angrily posts that we should get rid of all the immigrants should look in a mirror... I'm pretty sure none of you are Native Americans. Your ancestors came here and were treated like garbage for being recent immigrants. You've done a great job repeating the pattern. Hope you're proud.

the answer to that is of course the mexican government with the american a close second they have shown also that like the mexican government they care little for the citizens or they would not help illegals over legals

The US because we do both!
We help Mexican citizens in the U.S. illegally and then not take care of them or our citizens. ExxonMobil is doing well though.

American government because we have the power to stop this mess but our govt refuses to enforce our laws. The Mexican govt is also corrupt - they are using Americans to pay for their poor people. However, if we had leaders with backbones, this wouldn't be happening.

The American government for having a long and sad history of imperialistic interventions in Latin America. If it hadn't been for these interventions, most Latin American countries would be in much better shape.

The American government is worse because they are enabling the illegals. They are making it easy on Mexico to rid their population and benefiting from all the money the illegals send back to their country.

The U.S. Government is more corrupt. 90% of the people do not want the flood of illegal aliens. Yet, they do not stop them. All we need is for one Presidential politican to promise to build the fence and kick out the illegal alien drug dealers, gang members, prisoners, and then start on the general illegal population. That Presidential candidate will win by a landslide.
