If you have time, look up Air Courier Services, often you don't pay much, or nothing. You "give up" checking your luggage and fly for free or low cost. I'm sorry, to hear that your cousin, one of our soliders was hurt. My thoughts are with you and your family. I don't know when you have to travel, but, here is info on Air Courier Travel. Call some of the airlines direct and tell them it is an emergency. some offer discounts for that sort of thing. check around.
